Couple reminders… “Hat Day” for the Biagini family is tomorrow, and next week is Homecoming for HCHS (dress up days).
Also, no ice cream for sale tomorrow (we’re currently out, but we expect a delivery next week).
Mark your calendars… Our FALL FESTIVAL is Friday, October 21, 6:00 - 8:00. We will need 2-liter soft drink bottles, bags of CANDY (lots), store bought baked goods (for the cake walk), and donations for our auction baskets. More info to come as we get closer, but we’re accepting candy bags and soft drink bottles NOW, so pick some up if you see those items for sale in the stores. Thank you for your help!

One small change for us… On Friday, our theme will be HC colors, and not “class colors” as the high school will do.

Fundraiser news… Congrats to Duke Cook (student with the most Braves Bucks app donations) and Ms Savannah Stephens (staff member with the most Braves Bucks app donations). Each received a cash prize for their efforts.

CES families… Please read! I want to give you a reminder about student attendance and let you know of a new attendance incentive for our students.
As you know, student attendance is very important, so please continue to be conscious of having your student at school AND on time every day. Please limit early checkouts too. I appreciate your support with attendance.
New incentive for perfect attendance… Beginning Tuesday, September 6, we will offer an incentive for student attendance. For each WEEK your student has perfect attendance (considered present for the day) OR perfect-perfect attendance (no tardies or checkouts), his/her name will be entered into a drawing at the end of this 9 weeks. At that time, we will draw names from those lists and reward three students from each category… perfect attendance (counted as present at school) and perfect-perfect attendance (no tardies and no checkouts).
For this nine weeks, the reward will be as follows… Perfect attendance: $40, $20, and $10. Perfect-perfect attendance… $50, $30, and $20.
